Elysium Noosa Resort, MGallery Collection – opened December 2025

  • Formerly Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, the iconic Hastings Street hotel has been reimagined as a five-star MGallery retreat following a major transformation.
  • A Mediterranean-inspired coastal escape moments from Main Beach and Noosa National Park, blending elevated wellness with relaxed Noosa luxury.
  • 175 refreshed rooms and suites with breezy interiors, private balconies and wellness-focused offerings including suites with infrared saunas and terrace spas.
  • Dining anchored by Italian-inspired Cibaria and Bar Capri, bringing a vibrant social and aperitivo culture to the resort setting.

The Brighton Hotel Sydney, MGallery Collection – opened November 2025

  • A newly opened bayside lifestyle hotel in Brighton-Le-Sands, pairing resort-style relaxation with easy access to Sydney CBD and the airport.
  • 307 rooms and suites with private balconies, many overlooking Botany Bay and designed with coastal and Mediterranean influences.
  • Resort-style facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, plus wellness and fitness spaces for a relaxed beach-club feel.
  • A vibrant dining lineup led by Greek restaurant Ammos Brighton, alongside Coco's on the Beach and Sands Bar for cocktails and casual seaside dining.

25hours Hotel The Olympia Sydney – opened October 2025

  • Sydney's first 25hours Hotel and debut for the cult European lifestyle brand, set within the heritage-listed former Olympia Theatre on Oxford Street.
  • A 109-room boutique hotel celebrating the building's cinematic past, with theatrical interiors and room concepts split into playful “Dreamers” and edgier “Renegades.”
  • A multi-venue dining and social destination featuring Mediterranean restaurant The Palomar, cocktail bar The Mulwray, café Jacob the Angel and rooftop bar Monica with skyline views.
  • Positioned at the crossroads of Paddington, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, the hotel injects fresh energy into Oxford Street.

Mondrian Gold Coast – opened June 2025

  • Australia's first Mondrian hotel, opened in Burleigh Heads as a 208-room beachfront lifestyle destination blending immersive design with coastal luxury.
  • A dynamic dining and nightlife precinct featuring Italian all-day restaurant LiTO, seafood-led Haven pool club and a mix of bars and social spaces.
  • Resort-style experiences spanning pools, cabanas and a bio-wellness spa, positioning the hotel as both a destination stay and local lifestyle hub.

Hyde Melbourne Place – opened May 2025

  • Australia's first Hyde hotel, marking Ennismore's lifestyle brand debut locally following the rebrand of Melbourne Place in Russell Street.
  • A 191-room stay in the heart of Melbourne CBD, blending bold design by Kennedy Nolan with a distinctly creative, laneway-inspired atmosphere.
  • A vibrant dining and social precinct anchored by rooftop bar Cleo, restaurant Marmelo and Mr Mills bar and venue spaces attracting both guests and locals.

Novotel Sydney Cabramatta – opened November 2025

  • A new 140-room Novotel in the heart of Sydney's southwest, opening as part of the major transformation of the Cabra-Vale Diggers precinct.
  • Contemporary rooms and lifestyle facilities including a rooftop resort-style pool, gym and flexible event spaces designed for leisure, corporate and celebration stays.
  • A destination dining and entertainment offering featuring venues such as Magma by chef Dany Karam alongside multiple restaurants and bars within the wider precinct.

JO&JOE Auckland – opened November 2025

  • Asia Pacific's first JO&JOE, bringing Accor's hybrid hospitality concept to Auckland and redefining the boundaries between hotel, hostel and social hangout.
  • A 298-bed, 73-room stay in the heart of Fort Street offering a mix of dorm-style accommodation and private rooms designed for curious, social travellers.
  • Bold interiors and communal spaces including the “Happy House” common area and a self-check-in lobby bar, creating a vibrant open-house atmosphere for guests and locals alike.
  • A destination rooftop bar and restaurant with city views, live music and weekly DJ sets.

TRIBE Fort Street Auckland – opened October 2025

  • The first TRIBE hotel in New Zealand, bringing the Australian-born, design-led lifestyle brand to Auckland's CBD and marking a milestone in the brand's regional expansion.
  • A 60-room boutique stay blending compact comfort with bold interiors, intuitive tech and smart layouts designed for modern, style-driven travellers.
  • A lively lobby bar and social hub at the heart of the hotel, creating a space for guests and locals to work, meet and connect. Located moments from Britomart, Commercial Bay and the waterfront.

Mercure Sydney St Leonards – re-opened December 2025

  • The return of Mercure Sydney St Leonards brings new energy to Sydney's Lower North Shore. Introducing 100 newly refreshed rooms with options for private courtyards, balconies or spa suites.
  • Ideally located near the Royal North Shore Hospital precinct and commercial hub, guests can relax in modern comfort with easy access to dining, retail and transport.

ibis Styles Melbourne Southbank – rebranded December 2025

  • Melbourne welcomed ibis Styles Melbourne Southbank, a playful, art-driven addition to the city's waterfront.
  • The 162-room hotel combines creative flair with affordability, featuring bespoke artwork from local and international artists, relaxed social spaces and a prime location near the CBD.

Saint Kilda Beach Hotel – joined Accor network November 2025

  • Saint Kilda Beach Hotel joined the Accor network ahead of its evolution into a Novotel in 2026.
  • Featuring 80 stylish rooms, two meeting spaces and on-site dining – the modern boutique escape on Melbourne's iconic Fitzroy Street, blends beachside charm with urban convenience.

BreakFree North Adelaide & Mantra Meridien Adelaide – joined Accor network December 2025

  • In North Adelaide, new dual-branded Mantra and BreakFree properties will extend Accor's reach into key city-fringe and lifestyle precincts.
  • Located on vibrant Melbourne Street, the two properties combine 95 rooms, conference facilities and an outdoor pool.
  • With cafés, boutiques and major attractions such as Adelaide Oval and Adelaide Zoo nearby, they cater to both business and leisure travellers seeking convenience and comfort.

Mantra Mount Gambier – rebranded December 2025

  • Located just one kilometre from Mount Gambier's city centre, Mantra Mount Gambier combines contemporary comfort and warm country hospitality with 42 modern rooms.
  • On-site restaurant Noky, showcases the best of the region's produce in a relaxed bistro setting, ideal for corporate travellers, families and visitors exploring South Australia's Limestone Coast.

Mantra Hobart Airport – rebranded December 2025

  • In Tasmania, Mantra Hobart Airport has re-emerged as the state's key travel gateway following its conversion.
  • As the only hotel within the Hobart International Airport precinct, the property delivers seamless access for transit travellers, airline crews, corporate groups, and visitors connecting to Tasmania's cultural and nature-based experiences.

Mercure Melbourne La Trobe Street – opening March 2026

  • In Victoria, Mercure Melbourne La Trobe Street will bring a contemporary new hotel to West Melbourne, moments from Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Victoria Market, Docklands and Marvel Stadium.
  • The 192-room hotel has been designed to offer warm, light-filled accommodation with thoughtful layouts and modern touches suited to business travellers, city explorers, and event-goers.

Pullman Hamilton – opening late 2026

  • In Aotearoa New Zealand, Pullman Hamilton is emerging as a major new landmark for Hamilton, set to open in 2026.
  • The $100 million transformation of the city's tallest tower will introduce 191 premium rooms, a day spa, signature dining, valet services, and a private rooftop lounge with expansive city views.

Pullman Perth Airport – under construction, opening 2027

  • Perth Airport's first on-site hotel, set to open as a 240-room Pullman within the airport's major redevelopment and positioned as a resort-style gateway.
  • An eight-storey design, featuring airfield-view rooms and contemporary interiors with resort style amenities, including - rooftop pool, bar and restaurant overlooking the runway, plus lobby lounge café, gym, sauna and meeting and co-working spaces.

Ennismore
Hyde Perth – opening March 2026

  • Set to open in March, Ennismore's Hyde Perth will introduce the brand's signature festival-inspired energy to Western Australia's capital. Located on Pier Street in the heart of the CBD.
  • The 120-room hotel, including 18 spacious suites, will feature bohemian chic interiors, two dedicated meeting spaces, a destination restaurant, and a lively bar that opens onto an outdoor pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Food & Beverage


El Vista – opened November 2025

  • A glamorous Latin-inspired cocktail bar created in collaboration with The Maybe Group, evoking the golden era of 1960s Acapulco through rich interiors and a vibrant soundtrack.
  • A playful share-style menu by Giovanni Pilu featuring aguachile, empanadas and crispy tuna tacos, with a day-to-night atmosphere spanning golden-hour jazz to late-night Latin beats.

Flaminia – opened December 2025

  • A two-hatted harbourside Italian restaurant from Giovanni Pilu and Marilyn Annecchini, bringing coastal Italian dining to Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour.
  • A seafood-led menu celebrating simplicity and seasonality, grounded in classic Italian techniques and premium Australian produce.

Bar Allora – opened November 2025

  • An all-day Italian bar and restaurant at Mantra 2 Bond Street, Bar Allora marks the first collaboration between Accor's Table For and The Maybe Group.
  • Inspired by 1980s Milan, the venue moves seamlessly from morning espresso to aperitivo and late-night dining, pairing nostalgic Italian design with a cocktail list celebrating aperitivo culture and a menu that captures the warmth and energy of Italian hospitality.
