Wedding inspiration and harbourside luxury come together in The Dining Room on Saturday, 7 March 2026, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, as Park Hyatt Sydney, in partnership with EverAfter magazine unveils the inaugural Bridal Afternoon Tea. Created as the first event in a new creative collaboration, the afternoon blends couture runway moments, wedding trend insights and refined culinary craft in an intimate setting. The Bridal Afternoon Tea marks the beginning of a new event series for Park Hyatt Sydney, with future editions set to further celebrate the evolving world of modern weddings.

Marketing the launch of what is set to become a signature wedding event for the hotel, the debut experience will feature an exclusive Paolo Sebastian couture showcase, offering guests a rare close-up perspective of the designer's craftsmanship. Complementing the bridal presentation is bespoke menswear Farage, highlighting elevated tailoring for the modern groom.

The program continues with beauty, jewellery and floral artistry from some of the industry's most respected creatives. Renowned celebrity makeup artist Darren Cartlege will share beauty perspectives shaped by his red-carpet experience; luxury jeweller Fairfax & Roberts will present a collection of bridal pieces; and Seed Florals will design bespoke floral installations created exclusively for the event. Ivory & Stone will showcase elegant stationery, from signage to menus, to complete the visual narrative. In addition to the runway and panel discussion, each creative partner will host their own dedicated space within The Dining Room, allowing guests to meet them personally to explore ideas tailored to their wedding vision.

A dedicated panel discussion moderated by EverAfter magazine's Editor-in-Chief, Nicole Hunter, will explore key wedding trends shaping 2026, from couture storytelling, emerging beauty palettes and the continued rise of intimate luxury weddings. The session provides insights designed to inspire couples as they plan their special day.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne on arrival before enjoying Park Hyatt Sydney's signature afternoon tea, crafted with the hotel's hallmark attention to detail and seasonal flavours. Each attendee will also receive a curated gift bag from Park Hyatt Sydney and EverAfter magazine.

Tickets are at $125 per person and can be purchased at events.humanitix.com/bridal-afternoon-tea.
