The countdown is on! TRIBE and JO&JOE prepare to open their doors in New Zealand

Accor

Accor, the largest hotel operator in New Zealand, together with its lifestyle entity, Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, are delighted to announce the upcoming openings of two new hotels in Auckland's downtown.

TRIBE Auckland Fort Street is slated to open on 14th October 2025, and JO&JOE Auckland will open its doors on 3rd November 2025.

These highly anticipated openings mark the New Zealand debut of both brands, introducing a fresh new perspective to the city's hospitality scene. The hotels are owned by New Zealand-based CP Group, one of the country's largest private hotel investors and developers.

“We're thrilled to introduce these iconic brands to New Zealand for the very first time,” said Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer for Accor in the Pacific region. “TRIBE and JO&JOE represent a new era of hospitality - bold, design-led, and deeply connected to the way people want to travel today. With our fantastic partner, CP Group, we are bringing fresh energy to Auckland's hotel scene and giving guests more choice and more reasons to explore this dynamic city. As we head into summer, there are endless reasons to plan a trip to Auckland - from ferry-hopping to Waiheke Island's world-class wineries, to hiking the volcanic trails of Rangitoto, relaxing on the city's west coast beaches, or exploring the buzzing waterfront dining and nightlife scene. These two hotels are in the heart of it all, giving guests even more reasons to stay, play, and discover the very best of the Auckland region.”
